Troubleshooting activation issues
If you’re having trouble activating your ButterKit Pro license, try these steps:
“Incorrect license key” error
- Double-check that you’ve copied the full license key from your purchase confirmation email
- Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the key
- Ensure you’re using the correct email address associated with your purchase
Activation not completing
- Check your internet connection – activation requires a brief online check
- Try quitting and restarting ButterKit
- If you’re behind a corporate firewall or VPN, try temporarily disabling it
