Program rules
These additional ButterKit rules apply alongside the Lemon Squeezy Affiliate Terms (which control if there's ever a conflict).
If your content targets U.S. audiences, include a clear, conspicuous, unavoidable disclosure near the link/endorsement (e.g., "Ad," "Paid link," "I may earn a commission.").
Don't hide disclosures in footers or behind links. Put them where the reader can't miss them — at the top of a post, inside a tweet/thread, or above the fold in a YouTube description.
